  • shall know the different methods of mechanical conveying in a grain mill and their advantages.
  • will learn the operation principles and operation of the main cleaning and grinding equipment plus the materials they process with the aid of the instructions given for hands-on exercises in their specific plants.
  • shall understand the structure of the individual diagrams through the study of different samples and the range of equipment of their flour mills.
