Chemistry

Chemistry is only dealt with in the correspondence course. Solid basic knowledge of chemistry will help students comprehend phenomena in specialized areas. As an introduction, the fundamentals of the structure of matter, chemical reactions and their causes, as well as selected chemical-physical processes will be studied. In organic chemistry, the focus will be on the basics of carbon compounds. The carbohydrates, proteins and lipids will be dealt with in greater depth.
