About the Association

The Student's Association of the Swiss School of MIlling SAMS was founded in 1958 in St. Gallen. Just a year after the founding of the Swiss School of Milling SMS where former students came to the conclusion that it requires an organization, which allows and encourages the contacts among the students and the school after the completion of the school in St. Gallen.

One of the Association's major concern is to support and promote the international network. Yearly, we issue the Assocation's magazine "Graded & Sorted" and we try to keep the community interactiv through this new platform.

Everyone is invited to share knowledge and experiences. Beyond that, also purely social concerns should have a place on our new internet platform. It is in our hands to make this platform a lively and popular meeting point.
